rim offset and size on NT

Post by Chopz »

I was reading through the bible trying to find some info on what size rims to run on my NT zook in regards to scrubbing and clearances, etc.
The set up Ive got is 3 inch springs, and 2 inch extended shackles, and I was wanting to run 31x10.5x15 on a set of speedy desert rat rims (15x8) with a -24 offset. Is this achievable?? Anyone have any ideas on how this would go in regards to clearing the firewall, springs on full lock, etc.
Or would i be better off with a 15x7 rim with a -24 offset. I understand i can run 10.5 on either 15x7 or 15x8's.
But what rim would be better in regards to track width and clearance? I'm inclined to think the 15x8??
Any thoughts??
