just got my troll back from being stolen this morning and ignition barrell was destroyed have to start it with a screwdriver just wondering how hard it is to remove the barrell and locking mechanisim so i can put in new barrell and locks

pull your plastic steering column cover off and drill the 2 shear bolts out of the barrel bracket, centre punch it first to make it easy, piece of pie
