I have a 1HDT POWER HOUSE POWERED 80 SERIES:roll: , I keep loosing water exessively like 2 litres every 4 days, i have pressured tested it 4 times at work, checked the heater core for leaks etc, and have recoed the head and replaced the head gasket only 7500kms ago. its also has a aftermarket radiator only fitted 15000 ago and it to is not leakin, but my oil filler cap has the obvious signs of a stuffed head gasket/cracked head, milky gunk under it but the oil is clean as a whistle?. the radiator has the same residue aswell, its got me stuffed what it is, i even threw a bottle of chemi-weld in it last night becuase ive had enough of it all. bit dodgey but was worth a try :? . my thoughts are the head gasket is foed?. but does anyone have any thoughts or have had this happen.

cheers dylan. ;)

Another thing that can show those symtoms is a leak from the engine oil cooler into the water jacket located behind oil filter housing.
