Hey guys been hearing if you lift a suzuki vitara more then 50 mm in the front, you blow cvs VERY EASY, Any guys out there that have lifted it more with no toruble?
Or ways around it?

i had 3in body 3 in springs and snapped 1 in 4 yrs

It's true that the more angle you put on CV's the weaker they become, however, driving style and use will play a large part- ie big clutch dumps at full droop and full lock will kill them quick, where as more conservative driving should see them last well.

However, static ride height is only one part of the problem. Vitaras don't have rebound stops in the suspension, so there's no hard limit to how much droop you can add - the limit is the point the CV's fall apart. Longer struts, especially teamed with strut spacers can pull the CV's apart on full droop.

Also note that the drivers side CV is only retained into the diff with a spring clip. It's not uncommon for the driver's side CV to come out of the diff if greater than stock droop is run.

i have 2 inch lift, broken 1 in 2 years, i drive it pretty hard... also have 2inch strut spacers...

friend with calmini 3 inch lift breaks them like they r going out of fashion,
