motor just stopped

put a new alternator on this arv car was running normal and boom nothing, no ignition power, brake lights nothing. lights still work but i cant find any blown fuses.
any ideas?

Try checking fuseable links if you havnt already.

where are they located?

there is a main fuseable link attached to the positive battery clamp... theres a little black box and coming out of the black box is 1 (or 2) wires which are really soft... they are actually fuses.
Give it a gentle pull and see if its still attached..

thanks for the help, would it matter if iv replaced the 50A alt to a 80A?
