Looking for feedback on Swamper LTB's Vs Simex ET's in 35".
I am looking to run either Swamper LTB's in 35x12.5x16 or Simex ET's in 35x10.5x16. I have run Simex before but are looking at the new LTB's in 35" (something different) They will be fitted to my GU Patrol on weekend I head bush and I spend most of the in the Vic local/high country.
Cheers.

while the swampers aren't bad in the mud by any stretch of the imagination, if muddy Victoria is your thing, then you can't go past the ET's in my opinion.
the swamper is better on probably every other terrain. but vicco is Simex territory for a reason.

Another option might be silverstone extremes, they look very aggressive compared to the simex.

bad religion is on the money. On greasy/slick hillclimbs you'll love the ET's, however, for everything else you'll prefer the LTB's. (Not that the LTB's are bad on slick hills- just that the ET's are better- helped by being 2" narrower too)
PS unless you have beadlocks, you'll find you can't let ET's down low enough to work properly without them falling off the rims.
I've seen ET's do some amazing stuff, but I've owned 4 sets of swampers for a reason. ET's slick surface performance isn't everything.

What are the benefits of LTB's over ET's?

Miles better on rock and general trail work. More flexible carcass. They should also be quieter on the road too. In deeper mud, I think the added width and heavier lugs would see the LTB outperform the ET.
