Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hello.
Does any know the crank degrees for valve overlap on a 1HZ 4.2 toyoya diesel.I cannot seem to find these and dont have a degree disc to do it myself.

Inlet open 8deg BTDC, close 36 deg ABDC
Exhaust open 51deg BBDC, close 5deg ATDC
