GU lift help

I need to work out how high the lift in my car is can some one give me a measurement of a stanard hight car. and let me know where to measure
2002 GU Grenade wagon with stock everything, factory alloy bullbar.
From ground to bottom of flare in line with centre of axle 905mm front 910mm rear.
