My 6.5 chev diesel bottom rad hose has a outside diameter of 65mm at the pump end and 52mm at the radiator end.

What company would i call to get this specially ordered?

i got the rad outlet on my old chev diesel rangie changed to 65mm, much easier this way, and then used a heavy duty universal flexi type hose :)

That sounds tops in theory but the other end is 15mm smaller so as usual, its mine so its not standard/easy :bad-words:

Brunswick diesel do heaps of these in WA. Google them.
There was another company, Linquip, based in Albury? I think? that used to do them as well but I don't know if they are still around.

I like the sound of this. It's surprising how cheaply you can get little mods done to a radiator.

check out this catalogue, you might find something suitable.

http://mackayrubber.com.au/pdf/HoseWeb.pdf - All of your standard auto parts shops usually are supplied by mackay.

Other wise some truck bits stores have pipe reducers, a rubber fitting that slide into the hose to reduce the inside diameter, you might have some luck with that kind of thing as well....

Yeah my bottom radiator outlet has a rubber sleeve on it to make up the room to 50mm, i spoke to NATRAD today his best solution was to flare some exhaust pipe from 50mm up to the 65mm and rubber either end to the radiator and to the pump. Sounds easy and i will be able to use some of the 65mm hose i have already. What a bloody turnout!!! Thanks for the suggestions :)
