Squeaky sound when accelerating just off idle

Hiya all,
I'm starting to get yet another new strange sound from the engine. When I accelerate from idle I get a very short squeaky sound. I don't get any power loss or anything like that. In the recent hot weather I sometimes get the J20A timing chain rattle on startup which lasts for 5 sec or so.
Could both be related? I use 5W30 full synth oil and have had no problems with it up till now but with the very hot weather we've had lately the startup rattle noise now appears. I think the oil is too thin for the weather. I am about to change over to 10W40 and see how it goes.
Could the squeak be from the timing chain tensioner? Or could it be from a loose belt maybe as I load up the engine off idle? I've had slipping belts on previous cars and it doesn't sound like that at all.
Cheers.

Exhaust leak?
I've seen cracked exhaust manifolds that emit a squeaky noise as you have described.

i had squeaking on cold starts - was the alternator belt slipping, just needed a tighten up.
Also - my rear mount for my exhaust works its way loose on occasion and the rubber mount squeaks on the metal plate. Once again - tighten up and its fine.

you only get the sound when accelerating?
my guess is a uni in driveshaft or jackshaft

Well I think I've narrowed it down slightly.
It tends to squeak when I turn the A/C on and I accelerate up even a slight incline. So maybe it's the serpentine running the A/C, alternator ect. under a bit of load causing the problem. Could the A/C itself be the problem, ie a bearing???
