I was told that 15 inch rims would fit on a pre 94 model cruiser, I wasn`t shore but thought what the hell. So I pulled my 33`s off my lux and went to put them on to the cruiser. Got the fronts on no problems but the back ones want fit, the break calipors are to big to which I wasn`t surprised.

So what do people do to fit 15 rims on to a cruiser? I could just put a 1 1/2 inch spacer on and they would fit no prob`s but I don`t really want to do that.

brakes !!!!

up to 93 had 15 wheels
post 93 onwards had 16's and larger rear calipers

one of three options
1/grind the caliper - yuk...bodgey prick -- bootie fab -blah blah
2/ fit said wheel spacer - cheap and effective solution
3/ remove your brakes and get a set of early cali-pers and disks.. - you dont want to do that cause the brakes are shit...i know i have a 91' turbo diesle 80 as well.
