Do you have the computer?

yea true having the computer is a good start. A bcm dummie is somthing you plug into your comptuer that gives it a fake signal so it thinks everything is ok that the bcm controls otherwise yur ecu will be in limp home mode permently. you can find ecu pinouts online for you computer. BCM= body control module.

most of the wires are utilising actual vn commodore wiring colors so as to match up to the factory loom .

with the vr motor they run a body control module and unless you pulled the complete wiring loom out of the vr you won't have it, to overcome this you need to buy a body control simulator wich will overide all the antitheft. If your running an auto you should'nt have to get it re chipped it's usually only if you change from an auto(with auto computer) to a manual. And yes thats the site. Cheers Brad

I honestly couldn't tell you what it looks like. I never bothered with it because if you don't get it out of the exact car it won't work, they are all individually programed to certain computers and there is more involved to it than just the bcm it goes threw a complete circuit including the ignition and door locks. Your better of just buying the simulator.
