i hav a 92 feroza which has a softtop
im gona buy a hardtop off a 89 feroza which someone is wrecking
will the hardtop fit on my 92 feroza? do the hardtops change at all throughout the year models?

yes it will fit.
I have now 95 feroza body (old 90 body was eaten by rust) and my old hardtop from 90 fits. I also have softtop for summer season.
