Those are a very very popular tyre for the zooks, and none of us have many problems so you should be fine. Being a bigger tyre, bearings n shit wear out quicker, and you will also lose some turning circle, but its worth these small inconveniences.
You can run a 10.5 wide tyre on a 7" rim which is most likely what you have, but if you can try and find some 8" wide rims with a bit of offset.
You might also find that the tyres will rub youre guards at full lock.

What are the specs on your car. Where is it rubbing. Offset will depend on what your are trying to clear/achive.

also - 15x7's vs. 15x8's with larger offset usually work out the same offset when you account for the extra width of the 8" rim... so running an 8" rim isnt always giving you more clearance, although it will widen the tyre a touch.

bigger offset probably won't fix the gaurd rubbing as i have spoa on 2 inch springs and 32 simex pedes that are on 80mm offset which still kisses the gaurds a tad.
wider offset will only stop it from rubbing the springs and if its an issue the shock tower.

i've been searching all over and cant really find what im after....

Been looking at getting some new rims to stop my tires scrubbing the spring/chassis on full lock.

speedy desert rats seem to be the rim of choice 15x7 -15 but from what i can find out it will only give me 5mm more clearance on the springs (correct me if im wrong) cant find any offset amounts for king or ROH rims and the f100 rims that fit sierras.

if anyone can give me offset sizes on f100 rims, king, ROH or anything similar that would be good. or do the desert rats work well?

I drive NT with 40mm ome lift and 30x9.5's
