P-lines was ok but geez it gets a bit mundane after the 4530 time
we have been going to the quarry near redhill on toodjay rd which has some challenging bits, i really wish that we didnt have to drive 2hrs from the city to break our junk. Simons car went well, apart from some carby related issue's.
Im away in the cruizer to exmouth from boxing day till the 5th, there hasnt been a decent zuk run for a couple of years now.

i think we should do a zuk trip out there in winter with some shovels etc to make some tricky bits that bit more technical (fill in the dangerous parts and open up some new bits)... im sure some greenies would complain, but we'd only be reshaping the existing track, and leaving the bailout tracks alone... be good to have a section of about 200m along there that was seriously challenging to drive. The biggest pitfall of the powerlines is any technical bits are spaced out by a km or 2 - if all the good bits were compacted into one section it'd be brilliant =)
How was the temperature out there today??? Thermometer under our patio reached 39.5 at 1pm!!

temp wasnt too bad we went in at flyn rd and headed to the big rocky section just before the fenceline and mucked around then drove back an exited via flyn rd. I recon i could almost drive it in 2wd all the holes and ruts have been packed and filled in.

really? that sucks!! usually summer rocks out there cos the clay shrinks and the ruts get deeper... so when are we having that shovel day? =)
