Rear end differences between IFS hilux and surf

I am wondering if there are many differences between an kzn165 dual cab hilux and a gen 2 surf for rear steps?

The main difference is the hilux is leaf sprung whiile the surfs are coiled sprung.
width wise not 100% sure if they are the same or not, as they were different in the live axle hiluxs to surfs.
