Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have an 88 hilux duel cab. When i went to get a blue slip for it, it was rejected because they found a rust hole in the floor under the passenger seat.

Would it be worth repairing or will it be a major job. How much would it cost roughly for this type of job.

Could anyone recommend someone who would do this type of job in the Penrith Area.

I think youll find most luxes from around then have rust somewhere, how handy are you with a welder?? If confident with a welder you could do it yourself, otherwise find out which of your friends have welding skills.
Im only guessing but it would probably cost a bit for rust work if you go to a professional.
