Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I'm about to put 40's under a 75 series with full hydro. Has anyone put 40's under before? If you have can you give me a hint on what has to go other than the guards. 75mm spacers are going on. Coil over conversion completed
All opinions will be appreciated.

Some pic's would help i put 39.5 iroks under my FJ73 and had to move the body mount at the back of the front guard my diff is 120 mm forward too...! Good luck mate it takes a lot of chopping at least 100mm cut out of the bottom of the front guards mines on leafs still SOA.
