TD42 fan hub question

I have a fan hub and i want to know if you can fill them with oil and where do you get it and can you adjust what temp they lock up at
seacrh, there is a thread somewhere on rebuilding them with pic. Have seen them bolted shut and used in summer months No dramas.
I have a BNIB davis craig one here off a SD33T, pretty sure there the same part no. $80 and its yours
