Questions for Crowey.

If you happen to have some shots of the mods you did to the front arms could you either post them as per the one above or email them. I have exactly the same truck as you and am in the process of fitting a two inch spring lift to mine, as well as long shackles and am still wondering about evening out the front section.
Where did you have trouble with brake lines? Have you changes the front shocks and what did you use?

Hey Andrew thanks for the welcome!
Sorry to say that i havent got any photos of the modifications that have been done. I have only been on this forum for 2 days now and need to get out the digital camera and get snap happy!
If you cant get the front to sit the same height as the back it doesnt really matter, the back could always sit a bit higher, it won look too weird.
As for the brake lines, they were a bit to short in the back end after the body lift was done, so they were replaced with longer ones, the handbrake brackets also had to be modified...... well i just undid the brackets and left them off.
And as for shocks i am running Tuff dogs all round, i had them lengthened a bit...... well thats what opposite lock said, but i can still make them top and bottom out! They are not to bad and have a huge bore on them. Cross Country 4x4 here in Adelaide are the only suppliers of rancho so im in the process of trying to find out what a set on 9000's are worth.

Thanks for the reply mate.
I plan to leave the back a bit higher than the front for load carrying capacity, the reason I am inteested in the front mods it that I might be able to do this and leave the control arms off the bumpstops a bit more to get some down travel, whilst maintaining the height.
Watch the RS 9000's on a feroza, there were a few ppl on here I remember that had them and just found them way too hard for the light truck.
I'm glad to hear that it was the body lift that caused the longer brake lines to be needed as that isnt on the cards just as yet... no worries there.
