Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Chad's 3.0l has just developed a death rattle. It only seems to come on when deceleration or when changing gears. I know that there are a few owners on here who have had blown motors so could you let me know of your experiences.

did one today,it was flywheel. duel mass type, and it had let go, the grease in the center had got out, this made a mess in the bell housing I ended up pulling the motor out and fixing the front cover oil leak as well.
