Ok, Heres another option for Castor correction / Increased Flex on the front of patrols for us all to argue about. ;)

I have found it HAS increased my flex (not to the point of superflex arms) And you can use STD trailing arms that mount to a Pivot point designed into the Drop box.

Interesting way to tackle the problem for sure. What is the setup for the pivot? (steel, rubber...)

The concept looks great to me, as asked already, how is the pivot made and using which materials.

Combined with a passenger side Superior superflex arm would be pretty impressive I imagine.

Come on fellas, i think we all know that the flex limiting end of the front radius arms is at the axle end, not at the chassis end. The chassis mount of the front control arms is not what binds and limits flex, it's the binding of bushs at the axle end that causes it.

I've seen a few different designs now that try to sort the problem by focussing their attention on the control arm-chassis mount design,,, i can't see how this helps if the bushes at the other end of the arm are binding way before the chassis bush does.

Hey there Lee, Yeah combined with a superflex arm and longer shocks and stuff i can see they might make a difference.

AGREED! why not just run drop boxes and a removable pin in the front passenger mount. cheap and super flexy. so what if u chew the front bushes a lil quicker. 100 bushes are cheaper than some of the arms and stuff available. i only wish i had seen how well the bolt out system worked before forking out for 3rds arms when i was a newbie and dumb.

Agreed, I bought these without doing enough research, otherwise I would have bought STD drop boxes and one super flex arm.

None the less it is different and DOES inprove flex. But only slightly.

Dont want to remove a bolt, that sounds way dodgey.

The thing is, I could still get a superflex arm then I would have the flexiest setup possible! without going x link or 5 link
