looking at this conversion
now the question is wot transfer to run
75series (expensive tran gears) or
hilux (options of twins or gears or gears an twins)
which lux trans would be strongest for this application

Gordon I know how you like to drive for gods sake do not use a Hilux Transfer. You will regret it. They are weak as piss in anything with HP or weight. First you will break the input shafts. Upgrades are available. Then you will break the rear output shafts. Again upgrades are available. Then you will break the front output shaft for which no upgrade is available.

Go with the geared cruiser case you wont break it.

You just use the standard Transfer. I am assuming its either a 80 or 100 series

Viscous awd transfer from cruiser are cheap as chips.
Supercharged 80 SOLD - "OPERATION SANDY" now in effect.
