hey question has probly been asked plenty of times before but does anyone know of a place or person that could do a ute chop on my 96 model 80 series?

I know that hitech 4x4 in penrith did one a while ago. Theres also seldom seen customs, I think they are in the camden area.
Personally, I think you would get more satisfaction out of doing it yourself.
