Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi all just busted my front alloy diff in the usuall spot, 3rd, so looking for a steel replacment and have a few questions.
1. What year/model did they go steel?
2. I got 5.125 ratios, did they come out with this ratio in a steel housing?
I ask because my R&Ps stuffed as well
3. Im running a front ARB locker, will it fit in the steel case?

Any help would be great

1. they come out of Manual V6 Grand Vitara's the mounts change around 2002 from memory & also auto's after 2002ish. grab one from an early V6 manual & you'll be right.

2. NO, they will be something like a 4.6 or a 4.3, you will need new 5.1 gears

3. it will fit but modification is required. is your's a 22 or 26 spline front end?
