will these vitara v6 rims fit on a sierra 16x6.5

Yes they will fit. As you own a coiler, they will actually be exactly the same offset as the factory rims on your car - Coilers run 15" vitara rims stock as they are wider in the axle than a regular sierra with basically the same overall width)
