to replace the wheel studs on a set of front gu diffs, do i need to pull the hub apart to get it off or is there a way of pulling the whole lot off together. ive tried undoing the 6 17mm bolts holding it on but that did nothing. is there somewhere to get a diagram?? cheers

Have to pull the whole hub assembly off. Which means taking the bearings out.

As far I can remember the disc has to come off too.

Its a pain in the a$$ to do, but you get efficient when you have done it several time  Good time to re-pack wheel bearings too.

Not that Im aware of, but the Gregory's manual is quite handy to have, around $40 from super cheap and the likes.

I learnt a few things by being friendly with my mechanic asking if I could hang around while they worked on my car. Now I do most things myself.
