Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Well dad has just finished putting a timing kit and seals in a mitsy 4d56t, and now its hard to start and wont rev..

now my guess is that he hasnt lined the timing up properly..


can anyone give me a decent guide on how it should all be lined up??

EDIT: the seal on the diesel pump seemed a lil small OD, so he sikaflexed it in.. could it suck air past this or sumthing?
