3rd door conversion for HZJ 75

Hi everyone,
I did a search but couldn't find anyone who did a 3rd door conversion on their own, and also didn't find any places that do a 4 door conversion.
I want to add 2 rear doors to my truck (I have a 4X4 workshop here in Israel so I have the capability and the tools). I saw a fiberglass product in Australia, which is not relevant for me. I would like to use one or two doors from another truck, change their outer 'skin' to conform to the LC, of course while building a door frame & body reinforcements.
Has anyone done something like that? If so, what truck did you take the doors from ? I would love to see pictures!
The truck is intended to be a daily drive car plus up-to-a-week-long trips, with moderate offroad activity. I would like to add:
One or two rear doors
Front and rear bumpers
Insulate the truck against heat and noise
As for suspensions - I am contemplating buying LC 80 axles including radius arms etc., or building coilover suspensions myself (I have done this many times for other trucks, but not a LC 75).
The advantage in buying the 80 axles is that it will look similar to the original axles, which will help with the Israeli police (we are not allowed to breed without police permission :-D).
Another advantage is that on the 80 axles I can put airbags instead of coilover, which will let me play with the truck's height, which is important for me because I have quite a few dogs, several of them old/handicapped.
The intended tire size is 235/85/16 at the beginning, and down the road switch to slightly higher tires - 255/85/16 or 285/75/16.
Thanks,
Erez
