G'day. Decided to get rid of 3 rego's and 3 insurances. Needed a more family friendly car (4 doors, air con and carpet etc). So i brought a Disco. Already swapped the Maxi Drives over and taken the winch off. I am not sure if i should spend the time tidying up the Rangie to sell or pull it to bits. What are your thoughts ? Quick run down on what its got
Rover motor out to 4.4,mild cam,3.9 injection, 10.5 to 1 compression ratio, match ported heads and
intake and h m extractors
4 inch coils with GQ rear shocks, front and rear
custom front bar suits high mount
custom rear bar with wheel carrier
full roll cage
body lift
37 13 15 boggers (30-40 %) on 15x 8 rims (not bead locked)
4speed with a tappered roller T/case.
endless air tyre set up with tanks.
Do you think it worth between 5500 and 6000? Reg but no Rwc
thanks Brad
top photo is recent . Not coming with the coopers on 10 inch rims

Nah I dont think its worth that much. Its a two door and youve taken the goodies off it. I got mine for $8k and it came with F&R lockers, jacmac axles, lift, winch etc etc etc.

Its worth about $2.5-3 I think...

That's a nice Rangie , and as someone has said looks like a lot of time and effort has gone into building it up , but If you decide you wreck it , I will offer to buy the winch bar.

Maybe put it on ebay etc and see if it sells... set a deadline for yourself where, if it's not sold, you start parting it out.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it might be hard for the buyer to get a roadie with the mods? If so then it's hard to get decent dough for.

I reckon there is clearly value in all the parts but there is also value in the fact that it's all been put together :)
