The fuel pump is shagged one of the diaphragms has ruptured and instead of fuel going into your oil the oil is coming out of the overflow. Time to buy a new pump the engine driven pump is the best i have experimented with eleccy ones and they are noisy.

X2. I've seen lots of sierras with failing fuel pumps - they are just getting to "that" age.
PS buy a genuine pump. They are kinda expensive, (about $130) but apparently according to a Suzuki specialist I know who regularly uses non genuine parts, the genuine pump is the only way to go.

The oil seal is gone in the fuel pump.
Like others have said buy a genuine one, and make sure IT IS genuine Suzuki.
I know some other makes have been selling non- gen as their own and alot of pumps being sold have way too much fuel pressure causing the carby to flood.
Give your spare parts shop a call and see if they sell a "Goss" brand fuel pump repair kit, they are not real exspensive and repairing your original pump might be the better option.

I don't think you can repair the zook pumps as they are a sealed unit.

X lots. They are pressed together and peened over in the factory.
I've never heard of a rebuild kit for a sierra fuel pump. I think it would come with a large hammer to smash the old one apart.
