Outer Limits 4x4 Board

has anyone done the buggy leaf setup on a hilux.
its where your shackle mounts to you spring and then to another spring thats welded or bolted to the chassis.
i imagine it would give some good down travel but how does it handle if you were driving say on dirt roads and corners?

Theyre about as useful as drop shackles. Useless.

why do comp trucks use them if they are useless?
they must have some advantage over other setups

because its very very cheap way of a good suspension set up if its a comp truck it doesnt really see to many high speed corners but if ur going to do it make a barket so you can weld a tube to ur top leaf and slide a pin thru so u can choose when to use it
