well i have moved the front diff futher forward  for better approach angle and to get the wheel base out a bit more (now 86.25)

and just wonderin how u think i should trim the front

btw it also rides better for some reason. I was actually shocked how much better it was

#2 - Square it off.....looks better than the 'sharper' angles of #1

i vote #1 cos it'll be so much easier to cut. don't worry too much about mud flinging to the back head lights. mud hoses out pretty easily there.

hey tim
id move you flair up 2.5'' to 3.0''
then cut the front nose off like ur n#2 picture
where the flair ends

that way no need for body lift. n increase wheel clearance looks sweet aswell

what about going full tube like suggested. Then have a set off flat panels with flares attached that are attached to the tube with 4 bolts. Onroad have them on, offroad take them. Easy.

do away with the guards, they will only get damaged.
do a tube front clip and then build a flareout of more pipe out off that. but not like Otis, thats too big and too bulky.

hope an engineer will like it, otherwise I'm stuffed.

i am still getting a bit of rubbage in the front but it is because the springs are goin into a negative arch (so it will have to get bumped stoped)

:finger: nahh he cut off the mounts off the bullbar :) for me
