Best rear bar to get??

Hey guys,

Well had a good 4x4 outing on Sunday and put a few dents in the rear quarter panels of my Mav, nothing huge thats warped the panel or anything, but its moved forward my decision to cut the panels and get a decent rear bar to stop any further damage from happening.

So I was wondering what rear bar everyone would recommend? Id prefer not to spend thousands if I can get away with it, I dont really need something I can hang spare tyres and jerry cans off. Just something that will put up with a bash when the Mav's bum kisses some rocks etc.

Thanks guys!

cheezy rear bar with cut rear quarters???

I have an ARB one.. Had it for a while.. so its goin on.. if i didnt have it.. I'd prolly got cut rear quarters and a cheezy tube bar.

They look good and gives extra clearance as well.

Get a Cheezy or similar bar, get one custom made, or make you own as it'll cost under $100..

Some pics of mine, similar to cheezy's and most of the other tube rears.
Not all that hard to make if you or a mate has the gear.

Those tube bars look great!.....The only problem being is that for the rest of the truck ive got 'square' bars ARB front bar, home made sliders...etc etc... Im 'trying' to stick with the theme if I can...But looks like I may have to get the tube rear end.... Does anyone know 'if' anyone does make a squarer rear bar that cuts the quarters ?

Get one custom made to your design.. It'd still be cheaper than most off the shelf items..
