I will be replacing the T/C on my WT sierra this weekend with another identical transfer. Is it straight forward? any particular things i can do or steps to make the process easier?

Not knowing the condition/year of your car, perhaps a quick spray with some INOX or similar now to loosen the nuts, also don't forget the hand brake/speedo cables and the 4x4 light wire
