NL Shorty Makeover

Hi All,
My NL's paint work was getting a bit shabby, the clear had been degrading from UV, had a lot of stone chips and a few dings as well. So decided that it needed a full respray.
Photos are attached. Its a bit of a long post, but someone may like to have a look.
Fixing up some minor dents
Roof all rubbed down
Bonnet paint stripped
Bumperette before work
Front quarter after initial rub down to remove stone chips
Rear quarter after removing stone chips
Car all rubbed down ready for some hyfil primer
Car being primed
Bumperettes and bonnet being primed
LHS after primer
Front after primer
All the above was done on the first of 2 saturdays. I drove the car around for a week, half of it in primer.
This is what we did on saturday just passed.
Rear quarter ready to be blocked down.
Front quarter ready to be blocked down
Doors, bumperettes and front bar ready for paint.
Doors, bumperettes and front bar being painted
Front door after paint, clear and then baking
Bonnet after paint, clear and then baking
Side of car masked up ready for paint
Car in the booth all masked up (except for the wheels at this stage)
Front of the car when all done
Rear of car when all done
Car is all done and looking awesome. Almost got it all back together just need to paint the rock sliders and spare wheel carrier.
I took off the alloy bullbar (looked really old fashioned on this car) car drive much much better with out it and put a std bar back on.
I must say a huge thanks to my mate that is the spay painter that got this all done (he is on here somewhere). 14hrs on Saturday (was a long day)!
Cheers
Lonnie
