hey guys.
im looking at getting some longer front brake lines for my hilux.
at the momet it has extended lines but they arnt long enough.
as i didnt fit them im unsure how extended over standard they are.
the pioint im getting at is how long should i go? i was looking at gettin the 6" extended but will these be too long? or too short?? i have no idea?
currently the truck has: ruff, shock hoops, extended shackles, dropped front x member, high steer, etc.
any help would be appreciated.
cheers sam

I'm running a similar front setup and the TG ones that Locktup sell are plenty long enough.

sam i got some 6 inch braided lines and i stretch them.
i only have standerd fronts.
just buy the locktup ones theyre 26 inches long and are cheaper than getting them anywhere around here.i paid 85 each locktup is 60 i think

ok soo i just measured my front lines they are 23 inches long and i max them out with the top and bottom, retaining clips out. might have to get some custom lines made up i think might be the go.

Hey mate i got some made up when i used to have the same problem and now i have 800mm long ones and they're always slack even on full flex just go longer than u need and have a spring on them to pull away from your tyre.
