Fuel mix screw 1HZ

Hey All,
just after the fuel mix screw location on a pre pollution 1HZ in a 99 105

the screw is in the same location on all of them, rear of injection pump, up high, on the engine side. It is tucked in behind the throttle linkage, so a bit of a pain to get at

can u wind up the fuel on a 1hz n/a to give it more power?
