you can try the supercheap etc. you can actually buy special one way nipples for easy bleeding.

just try ringing supercheap/repco etc first.
I'd also try toyota too as suggested comparing price as i've no idea what either would be worth.

Try some brake reconditioning places. I have done some modification to the brakes on my cruiser and Brake Cylinder Reconditioners (BCR) (07) 4035 4307 were a great help, small business (only 2 blokes 1 girl in the office) their work is second to none. they also make control cables, handbrake cables and make in house anything that cant be bought.

plain old nipples should be available at any reputable shop that sells/does brakes parts/service.
