By backspacing you mean making the track of the vehicle wider, the comonally accepted max is 2 inches leaving 6 inches outside the centreline of the rim ..

More Back Spacing means that the Tyre sits inward. ;)

Will a Zero Offset 16x8 4.25" Back Space Rim fit? - Same numbers as a Steel Rim from an 80 Series. :?:

Zero offset on an 8" rim would make it 4" backspace. +0.25" offset would be 4.25" backspaced.

There is no common measurements between Offset and Back Spacing.

The Alloy 16x8 Rim on an 80 Series is Zero Offset and has a Back Spacing of 4.5".
