I just got wood

Guess who i'm calling tomorrow. :D :D

Imagine a Milemarker winch with that powering it? Fark me, you can have your gigglepin and stick it up your collective 12 volt arses.

:D :D

not sure if i missed it in the pdf's but where did they mount the hydraulic tank? I couldnt see a price either, install looks straightforward though, would be a good seller to farmers etc

dont get too much wood boys as this gear is very expensive... alot of the minning service trucks/lube trucks run some of this gear..... good stuff but not cheap ;)

Yeah, good hydraulic gear is never cheap. but then a gigglepin or a similar power high mount is over 7 grand before you even factor in sorting out a 24v alternator, batteries, cabling etc.

Emailed an information request yesterday to these blokes and they rang me first thing this morning, pretty impressed with that! Big money to buy this this stuff so i think would be only any good if you were making money off the product. But it would be bloody nice to have the low torque setup to run a few different products like winch, blow down gun and guerny. $9000 for the high torque PTO.

The low torque PTO (timing belt drive) is rated to 80 N-m of torque since it is basically driven by the bolt in the end of the shaft.

As an alternative: the clutch pumps mentioned in this thread below are rated to 21 kg-m of static torque (210 N-m).
This value gets de-rated to 8.8 kg-m (88 N-m) @ 2000 rpm though. They derate them under dynamic conditions as torque spikes can cause them to slip.
