Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey fellas, i have a 01 gu patrol ute 4.2td intercooled has been tuned(was worst b4 i had it tuned) and is really doughy down low and was wondering if anyone has had this problem b4?? worst with a/c on, have 35" but changed diff gears to 4.6 ratio. have driven mates pootrols and theres are nothin like mine
