first of all wanted to say g'day from accross the world, i'm an aussie living in the uk for a few yrs now and managed to get my hands on an older mk (or as they call it here k160) which i'd like to mod...
I'm lifting the body by 2 inches, puttin some 33inch wheels (khumos here do a decent job), a couple of other minor mods like snorkel and exhaust lift etc
but most important i'd like to get rid of the hard top and make it into a perm pickup (coz the weather here is mostly shite, but there is plenty of mud
)so i'm wondering if anyone's done it before (made into a single or king cab) or if there are any templates or if anyone's got any ideas of using some other car parts etc...
any help is muuuch appreciated!!
