Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I own a 1990 hilux extra cab, the divers side seat has had it , its quite uncomfortable now and needs to be replaced. Can someone advise me on what I should replace it with. If I replace with aftermarket seats do they fit straight in ?

I used aftermarket seats used tubing and made adaptors to fit them to the original rails
