80 series 1fz-fe won't start after sitting for 5 months.HELP

ok what the problam is , is that the moter wont give any spark ..... now there's power at both wires that go in and out of the coil but no spark. Is there something els i can check before going and buying a $190 coil and it not be the problam.. on these moters what tell the coil when to spark?

what is the battery condition? Have you tested it is good for 12volts under load? ie when the starter motor is kicking over it will draw a lot of current, if the battery is marginal, it may not be producing a good spark
