5" / 6" lift relay rod(drag link)?

hi, does any one know how long the relay rod has to be on a gu patrol with a 5" to 6" lift compared to the standard 1155mm 
it will vary depending on the length of the panhard rod and spring/ride height variations.
Get hold of an adjustable and it will make things alot easier.
