Gearbox Ratios

Is it posible to change the ratios in a gearbox? Failing that, who makes ring and pinions for diffs and what sort of price would I be looking at?
as has been mentioned a few times before , the aftermarket support for Raiders is virtually non existant...... especially things like gearing
your best option, if you still want to persue the Raider thing, would be to swap out the driveline....i.e. diffs, gearbox and transfer for something that does i.e toyota, nissan, rover
