hilux 84 with buick real usa not commodore V6

has anyone any knowledge of this conversion, its a jeep motor cj5
3.4 litre v6 carby 4 barrel iron block n heads .nice engine called oddfire.

would someone really put a heep motor in a toyota? :roll:

Why not just set fire to it manually.......

No idea on a conversion for it, I'd imagine it'd have to be all custom.

Be bloody heavy motor though sure its worth it? Hiluxs are front heavy as it is..

And at above, GM = Jeep. GM motors are good. It seems there are a lot of stupid people that can't distinguish between stereotypes and apply them properly... not all Jeep motors will catch on fire. In fact, nearly none will.

I was having a stir, :D and to be correct, Jeep (currently) = Chrysler, not GM.

However over the years, jeep has been associated with a number of major brands, back in the 40's and 50's it was Ford, in the 60's it was Buick.

the odd fire buick engine is an old tech motor, there are plenty of better engines out there with a readily available source of parts.

I dont know how you would go fitting a pre adr27 engine in a late model vehicle, probably would not pass a machinery.

Oh, and if you don't like the commo V6, I would not consider the Buick V6, as the commo motor is a modernized version of it.........
