Diff position tolerance

I'm doing RUF on my Zook and have discovered that my drill template slipped when I drilled the driver's side perch - it's now 3mm further forward than the perch on the passenger's side.

I've measured from the ends of the diff (where it narrows to meet the CV) to where the bumper bar outrigger meets the chassis ... this measurement is only 2mm longer on the driver's side than the passenger's side, so it looks like my rear spring hangers must be 1mm further back on the driver's side compared to the passenger's side.

Is this within acceptable tolerance for steering geometry / tyre wear / etc? Obviously it would be great to have everything aligned perfectly, but I've heard whispers from panel shops that 5mm difference in wheelbase is acceptable when straightening a damaged vehicle?

youll be fine... thats part of why you have rubber bushes =)

before starting my build we measured my chassis and its 3mm crooked over the length of the chassis... 1mm at a spring would do stuff all.
