tube fronts factory rad support

hey guys not sure if this is the right section or not it should be in nissan but here is goes anyway!!
have seen a few patrols granted mostly comp cars with tube front ends supporting the factory rad supports.
my truck has the rad in the rear and a chev up front. would love the tube front for the ease of room once the front guards are off to work on the engine and in the engine bay.
truck is engineered for all the work thats done atm just wondering would an engineer sign off on the front like this?? do i even need an engineers??
